That's right, rather than expand 3040 into the 6 laned cement street like the town has promised us since the 90's, we're getting several new stop lights. Why you ask? I don't know. Maybe they believe that rather than having a huge street, stop lights will soothe the traffic problems. There has never been a huge problem with those intersections before. Only problem was every so often you would come across someone wanting to turn. So, rather than 'every so often' stopping, or driving around them, and having the ability to go when they can, they and you will have to wait longer for permission to turn. Because like all Flower Mounds lights, you must stop at each and every one. Out of all the intersections, why these?!? I mean, Forest Vista and 2499 deserve one more than these! Anyways, Happy Friday The 13th!

Forest Vista & 2499 did eventually get a light... ...eventually... ...and just like with the new lights mentioned as well as the old ones, you have to stop at each and every one of them. Oh well, at least 2499 and 3040 are now 6 lane roads.
