Both Flower Mound and Loserville have been competing in what is secretly known as the "worst traffic light in DFW" contest. Last month's winner was Loserville with their 4-lights-to-get-across 1171 bridge. This month, the award goes to Flower Mound's 3040/2499 intersection. This intersection always has brought Flower Mound closer to receiving this award with rush hour traffic coming from Lewisville, and Grapevine. Who'da thought that at 7pm, when everyone that works in the DFW area would be coming back home, that traveling SOUTH on 2499 would be impossible. It took this webmaster literally 15 minutes to get from Albertsons to the Chick-fil-a across the street.
