Bonsai Styling workshop at Flower Mound Library
Jan 29th, 2013 at 2:35pm

Here's the blurb from the town site.  It's a follow up to the first bonsai workshop they did, but since it requires a new plant, it may not be necessary to have taken the first one in order to attend this one.

"Library to host Bonsai Styling workshop

The Flower Mound Public Library will host the program "Bonsai Styling" at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 23 at the Library, 3030 Broadmoor Lane. This program is a follow-up to “Bonsai Basics,” recently presented at the Library, and is a hands-on session for those with further interest. In “Bonsai Styling” participants will style a plant under the guidance of presenters Bruce Harris and Bill Weber, members of The Fort Worth Bonsai Society. Participants should bring a one gallon or five give gallon plant they wish to learn to style. A Juniper Procumbens plant is recommended by the presenters and may be purchased from local nurseries, or participants can bring a plant they already own. Registration is required. For more information or to register, call 972.874.6165.
